What a nightmare to fill order which was "suppose" to be simple

For pricing and selection of product, it's pretty darn good. However, when it comes to communicating after the sale -- forget about it.

After you place your order you're "suppose" to receive an email to show when the order would ship, providing you a tracking number, I never got an email and I had to call each time to find out when it was suppose to ship. Our order included tile and matching bullnose. When the order was placed with the manufacturer only part of the order was processed. Tile we ordered was on back order and was told on the phone it wouldn't be more than a week.

Two weeks later we were still out of luck. Then in the third week of waiting I decided to call because I knew I wouldn't hear from elfoors. The customer service rep was pleasant to speak with and learned my order would FINALLY be shipped out -- three weeks after it was originally suppose to have shipped. I asked about the bullnose tile and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes.

I was then informed the bullnose was never fulfilled with the manufacturer. I was given the option of sending the tile back and pick a new tile/bullnose or wait ANOTHER two weeks for it to ship from California. I asked why would it take two weeks to ship from there? It was explained that is what the "normal processing time" for out of plant fulfillment.

I explained to the customer service rep that my bathroom has been torn up for over a month now waiting on them to get my tile -- just send the tile. The representative admitted it was their fault the tile and bullnose didn't ship or get into the warehouse and somehow "it fell through the crack." I was suppose to hear from a manager but have yet to hear anything back.

Ordered 7 boxes of coretech flooring from eflooring. No notice of when it shipped. One box badly damaged. Replacement shipped was worst than first box. Most of tile were damaged on edges. Poor packaging or dock people brat them up. Now efloors is working on refund but I have to wait weeks for them to get paid from shipper. Oh, first quote was free shipping but next day on order, shipping was extra because I waited a day. Not sure coretech flooring was worth iy.

They say they have name brands but when it showed up something wasnt right? I know this sounds crazy but I think their selling knock offs of name brand flooring? When I tried to return it the manager Britney told me since I opened it (I didnt install it) I was out of luck and couldnt return it. Hard to believe right! Try for yourself lol!

Terrible Communication - You will be IGNORED

I ordered $2000 of tile and dealt with nothing but stress. I do NOT recommend this business. Customer service is non existent and when they don't want to talk to you, they literally screen your phone calls!! After the order was placed, they didn't communicate about anything, even though I called for updates regularly! They didn't tell me the order was on hold for two weeks, they lied about where the tile was shipped to. In the end I had my contractor cancel the order because they didn't answer my phone calls for another week. I placed an order with another company that was $500 cheaper and had the tile ready the next day!

No Tax. Direct from Manufacturer. Save Big Today! When you call, the sales associates then clarify that shipping is only free if you meet a certain minimum.

They also put the blame on Google and say they have no control over the affiliate advertisting. That is complete bull. Someone sitting in their advertising department wrote those words, not Google. Where's that clarification that you have to meet a certain minimum in the Google Ad?

As far as I'm concerned, it is false advertising and bait and switch. Not a happy consumer means not a happy customer.

Why? I didn't buy into their bait and switch tactics.

I saw some tile at a local store and then found it here for some what less, so not really thinking I order it. After I order it I thought to myself I would have NEVER even bought this product from an Inter net company, if I first did not see it in a brick and motor store and the lady that helped us was very nice and knowledgeable and now she nor her store is going to get any commission or credit for this sale. The only one making out is a company that sells a product for less for doing nothing but cheating the hard working sale people just trying to make a living, so what I did was I went back to her apologized profusely and asked her how much she lost by me being a total idot for ordering this online and gave her cash for what she would have made and bought pizzas for everyone there too. By buying things online hurts more people then it helps yes you save money but America LOSES jobs and stores and it's just not fair for be greedy..Please think about it....

The warehouse employees that handle it and truck drivers that deliver it still have jobs.

Wrong material shipped a month later still NOTHING correct

I had placed an order in mid July. 14 days later the material was received with a portion of it that was incorrect. I called to correct it and was told an agent would call me back to get the correct material reordered. No call or follow up! I called back EVERY DAY for one week, still no resolution. Finally I waited on hold for a very long time demanding to speak to a manager only to be told the correct material is available but none available. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN. One month later I still do not have the correct goods but...oh yeah, my credit card was charged twice for the incorrect goods and the reorder of the incorrect goods.

I ordered a 2x3 rug, I had to contact them more than once in order to actually receive the order. When I received it, the rug did not look like it did in the pictures, so I tried to return it and they refused. After talking to a supervisor, I was finally told I would receive a call back with instructions on how to return it. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from them, so I am stuck with the rug

Horrible Customer Service

I ordered 6 boxes of flooring from e floors back in June/July. After not hearing any notice from E-floors regarding shipping dates for two weeks I called and inquired.

The sales lady I spoke to told me that it should be shipped out the following Monday. Two weeks later I receive notice that the flooring I had ordered was on backorder and would not be delivered for 8-10 weeks. A week ago (it is now the end of October!) I received notice that the item I had ordered is discontinued. I was prompted to either choose a new flooring product or receive a refund.

I was offered a slight discount on the newly chosen floor after 4 days of my unreturned phone calls.

Apparently their manager who was never available also never returns phone calls. Though I am satisfied with the product that was delivered, my experience with E-floors was awful and I will not likely order from them again.

Everything as promised

I bought some beautiful stainless steel looking tiles from efloors, saving about $1500 compared to a local store and about $250 compared to another online store. Delivery was a bit longer than i had hoped and i began to worry after reading some of the bad reviews but the tiles came undamaged and we are very happy with the product and overall process. thank you they want at least 80 words but i don't have anything to add yes yes

I agree with the above reviews, this company doesn't deliver on time and when I asked them to cancel the order since I hadn't received the tiles even after 45 days of ordering tiles the customer service manager hung up the phone. I was supposed to receive it in 10-15 business days. I couldn't wait anymore and bought tiles from a local store. Finally, they didn't refund my money so I had to ask my credit card company to do a stop payment. Definitely don't buy from them and if you do after reading this review make sure you pay with a credit card.

Worst service. Complete incompetence.

I would never deal with this company again. Fortunately, my order was for samples only. After FIVE contacts by phone and email, and 3.5 weeks, I still haven't received my samples or received notification that they have shipped. I've paid them about $20 for the samples, which of course they collected instantly. The people I've had contact with have been incompetent and unconcerned. One of them told me indignantly that I needed to allow 5 to 7 business days for the order to ship. That was, I explained, on the 8th business day. She offered no explanation and made no attempt to find out what was happening with the order.

My recommendation - run from these guys. You may be fine if everything works out perfectly the first time. However, this group is not geared for anything outside of placing an order with a manufacturer. - The reason you would want a stable company to purchase from is how they manage when things dont work perfectly. Isn't that why we take all sorts of insurances in our lives. I purchased tiles from them which had manufacturing defect. eFloors simply linked me to the manufacturer and refused to take any ownership of the material. After multiple debates with the manufacturer and actually showing the issue to the manufacturer, the manufacturer accepted their error, but refused to pay back for opened tiles. (How am I supposed to know the issue before opening the tiles). Their view, its an efloor issue. 2 weeks after returning the tiles, there is no payment from them as yet.

I'm a retired veteran and I order 10 cases of Brazilian cherry they delivered something totally different. This company is a rip off ,and a bunch of thugs.they say one thing? they deliver something else they get your money and you'll never see a penny back or the merchandise. My complaints are going to Keep coming even if it takes 10 years! people like this should not exist in business. As a retired person with little money to live on, companies that produce scams like Efloors I could dedicate the rest of my life complaining about their poor methods of work.

order ID# 74962 order in July they sent out 3 different colors and 2 deferent types of wood? Still waiting on my credit for 2 months withe 3 email from them apologizing and admitting their wrong doing but that's about it! I haved called them at least 10 times no response and complete run around Come and pick up your crapy floors and give me back my money!! My next email will be sent to bbb. Wow can you do the things you do to your clients? You have numerous complaints from so many buyers however are you even still in business?

Efloors in my 20 years of experience in construction this must be the worst company I have ever dealt with they got the worst products defective products good luck in trying to get a correct order and in getting a wrong order good luck in trying to send it back and get your credit it will not happen.

He completely give you the runaround they are very dishonest people.

What's so hideous about them is that they cannot admit their faults with and all the calls and emails that were sent out to them they started blaming CFI old dominion freight company?

These companies have no fault whatsoever of the mistake that Efloors constantly makes.

You should be ashamed of taking advantage of these consumers I'm surprised you still open for business?
