What a nightmare to fill order which was "suppose" to be simple
For pricing and selection of product, it's pretty darn good. However, when it comes to communicating after the sale -- forget about it.
After you place your order you're "suppose" to receive an email to show when the order would ship, providing you a tracking number, I never got an email and I had to call each time to find out when it was suppose to ship. Our order included tile and matching bullnose. When the order was placed with the manufacturer only part of the order was processed. Tile we ordered was on back order and was told on the phone it wouldn't be more than a week.
Two weeks later we were still out of luck. Then in the third week of waiting I decided to call because I knew I wouldn't hear from elfoors. The customer service rep was pleasant to speak with and learned my order would FINALLY be shipped out -- three weeks after it was originally suppose to have shipped. I asked about the bullnose tile and was placed on hold for approximately 10 minutes.
I was then informed the bullnose was never fulfilled with the manufacturer. I was given the option of sending the tile back and pick a new tile/bullnose or wait ANOTHER two weeks for it to ship from California. I asked why would it take two weeks to ship from there? It was explained that is what the "normal processing time" for out of plant fulfillment.
I explained to the customer service rep that my bathroom has been torn up for over a month now waiting on them to get my tile -- just send the tile. The representative admitted it was their fault the tile and bullnose didn't ship or get into the warehouse and somehow "it fell through the crack." I was suppose to hear from a manager but have yet to hear anything back.

They also put the blame on Google and say they have no control over the affiliate advertisting. That is complete bull. Someone sitting in their advertising department wrote those words, not Google. Where's that clarification that you have to meet a certain minimum in the Google Ad?
As far as I'm concerned, it is false advertising and bait and switch. Not a happy consumer means not a happy customer.
Why? I didn't buy into their bait and switch tactics.

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered 6 boxes of flooring from e floors back in June/July. After not hearing any notice from E-floors regarding shipping dates for two weeks I called and inquired.
The sales lady I spoke to told me that it should be shipped out the following Monday. Two weeks later I receive notice that the flooring I had ordered was on backorder and would not be delivered for 8-10 weeks. A week ago (it is now the end of October!) I received notice that the item I had ordered is discontinued. I was prompted to either choose a new flooring product or receive a refund.
I was offered a slight discount on the newly chosen floor after 4 days of my unreturned phone calls.
Apparently their manager who was never available also never returns phone calls. Though I am satisfied with the product that was delivered, my experience with E-floors was awful and I will not likely order from them again.

Efloors in my 20 years of experience in construction this must be the worst company I have ever dealt with they got the worst products defective products good luck in trying to get a correct order and in getting a wrong order good luck in trying to send it back and get your credit it will not happen.
He completely give you the runaround they are very dishonest people.
What's so hideous about them is that they cannot admit their faults with and all the calls and emails that were sent out to them they started blaming CFI old dominion freight company?
These companies have no fault whatsoever of the mistake that Efloors constantly makes.
You should be ashamed of taking advantage of these consumers I'm surprised you still open for business?
