DO NOT BUY ANY FLOORING PRODUCTS FROM E-FLOORS.COM!!

We feel that were quite "ripped off" by purchasing a fairly significant quantity of wooden flooring products from EFloors.com. No matter what you read on their website (like all their glowing satisfied customer reports, which seems to be a bit of overblown BS! Way too many to be real). And as far as we could tell, they are only interested in getting your order, passing it on to the manufacturer/supplier (like Mohawk flooring or Armstrong Flooring, etc.,etc.) then stepping aside and letting you fend for yourself if you have any problems. If you encounter any problems whatsoever, good luck, because you are suddenly to blame for the problem and you will eventually "eat (own) the problem". It's never their fault or any of the manufacturers/suppliers faults. So...... "Caveat Emptor" - Let all future buyers beware!

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Weber:

We sincerely appreciate your business, and accordingly, Efloors.com has gone to the expense of hiring an independent inspection service to make an objective analysis of your claim concerning your Mohawk bamboo flooring. The inspection was performed by The Flooring Detective on June 25, 2013. The inspection report concludes the following:

Conclusion: Shrinkage due to lack of humidity.

The warranty requirements for humidity – 35 to 55% - are not being maintained in the home. As per Mohawk installation instructions for this product published for your review on Efloors.com, stated under Installer/Homeowner Responsibility: “Room temperature should be 60-80 degrees with relative humidity between 35-55%. These environmental conditions are specified as pre-installation requirements and must be maintained for the life of the product.”

The ambient relative humidity in Tucson area is rarely above 30% for any length of time. As an example of the extremes in the range of humidity, the current readying (11:10 AM, 6/25/2013) at the Tucson Airport is 13% @ 90 F. Yesterday in the afternoon it was an amazingly low 2% @ 106 F.

You’ve chosen Efloors.com. We consider that a privilege. If we can be of further service in the future, please be sure to call us at any time toll free at 888-522-5456.

Best regards,

Efloors.com
